A 61-key keyboard, a 7-inch colour touch screen, physical arranger buttons and level sliders, and built-in monitor speakers make it a complete tool for the entertainer, studio musician and home user.

Playing solo, a musician often juggles a keyboard, a file player and backing-track mixing. The SD7 merges these worlds: the arranger section offers 260 styles with Audio Drums and grooves plus the unique Style Modeling function for building custom arrangements. A double player handles WAV, MIDI, MP3, MP4, AVI, CDG, JPG, TXT and PDF, and the multitrack player plays 5+1 audio tracks with separate sliders. DJ mode with tap tempo, sync, cue and an FX pad gives control over smooth transitions between songs.
Realistic voices and play modes
The SD7 provides over 540 Best Natural Sound orchestral voices, 368 edited Voices in 12 groups with layering of up to 3 sounds plus 2nd Voice, and 46 instant-loading RAM sounds. Pianist, Bassist, Accordion (Classic and Style), Organ with pedalboard and Guitar play modes adapt the instrument to a specific musician. An XLR microphone input with effects, a 3-voice Voicetron and a guitar input with DSP access cover both vocalist and instrumentalist needs on stage.
