Exceptional double-brace stability on stage
Single X-stands vibrate and wobble under energetic playing and at full leg extension. The Rick addresses this through double-brace tubes with cross members that reduce vibration and wobble across the entire height adjustment range. A steel metal joint meshing in 5° steps with an engraved scale lets you set a preferred height and return to it at every gig without guessing. An ergonomic clamping lever allows the stand to be set up and collapsed in seconds, even in stage conditions.
Flexible support arms and expansion
Two rear rubber end caps adjustable on their own axis adapt to the width of the instrument, eliminating the risk of scratching the housing. The support arm depth of up to 350 mm accommodates both slim-line stage pianos and deeper workstations with extensive knob and screen layouts. An adjustable levelling end cap on one leg stabilises the stand on uneven stage floors. The optional stacker 18941 adds a second tier for an additional keyboard or MIDI controller, building a compact station without extra stands.
