Focal Twin6 ST6

Focal Twin6 ST6 is an active studio monitor with two 6.5-inch woofers, a 1.5-inch tweeter, adjustable high-frequency filter, and automatic standby mode.

The studio monitor Twin6 from the ST6 series features a beryllium inverted dome tweeter with an "M" shaped protective grille, low-frequency drivers with composite W-cone diffusers, and a special Focus Mode technology for enhanced detail up to 10 kHz. Additionally, the Twin6 is equipped with the patented Focal Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) technology, which reduces distortions in the 1-3 kHz frequency range by 50%, a high-frequency crossover, automatic standby mode, and a 160 Hz crossover designed to reduce reflections from the console or desk.

The Focus Mode allows transforming the Twin6 ST6 into a single-driver full-range monitor, providing access to an alternative speaker configuration. This feature enables using the Twin6 as a second pair of studio monitors with reduced drivers for mix referencing on smaller acoustic systems.

The Twin6 ST6 cabinet design utilizes thick and durable material to achieve even greater rigidity and damping with reduced vibrations and distortion.
