For this reason, you have 30 days to test the product, during which you can return it without giving a reason.

It is important to keep the factory appearance of the goods, consumer properties and full equipment (original packaging, labels, manuals, software CDs, all inserts, everything that was included in the delivery).

If you have decided to return the goods, please write to us at return@wiredtunes.pl, after which we will contact you and inform you about the next steps of the procedure.

Please note that refunds are not available for:

• Cables and connectors
• Software
• Devices with a used voucher and serial numbers for which they were registered
• Custom accessories (earbuds, earbuds)
• Needles and cartridges
• Care and hygiene products

We care about our customers and carefully select the producers and products that we present in Wired Tunes, which is why we are sure of their quality. If the product does not meet our standards, you will not find our catalog on the list.

Our warranty is 36 months for all products and 60 months for ADAM Audio products.

Except for consumables, strings, tubes and crossfaders, and products showing signs of misuse.

In the event of damage, please contact us via support@wiredtunes.pl, after which we will contact you and inform you about the next steps of the procedure.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one, or in the absence of an available model, we will replace it with an analogous one in the same price range or refund the entire amount that has been paid. The most important thing is that the product is used properly.

All orders placed on our online store are delivered using the following delivery methods:

For orders valued up to 250 EUR, the delivery cost:

• 15 euros: Germany, Belgium, Czechia, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, Austria
• 20 euros: Italy, Denmark, Estonia, France, Lithuania, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia
• 30 euros: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain

For orders above 250 EUR, delivery is free.

The delivery time is typically 7 days.

For oversized orders, we use carriers such as DPD, GLS, and DB Schenker. The store manager will provide information on the cost and delivery time when your order is accepted.
