Beyerdynamic DT 880 Pro 250 Ohm is a semi-open model with a comfortable fit, technical specifications for monitoring and mixing, as well as a clear and detailed sound, recommended for use with an amplifier.

The DT 880 PRO from the German company is positioned as semi-open headphones that are ideal for mixing recorded material and monitoring in the studio. They are also excellent for home listening.

In the DT 880 PRO, great attention was paid to comfort. The ear cups are made of two types of durable plastic. On the outside of the ear cup there is a mesh steel plate with the model logo. The perforation is made very finely.

The ear pads are made of soft velvet and completely cover the auricle. They are very comfortable and do not cause sweating when in contact with the skin. They can be quickly replaced without tools.

The ear cups are attached to the steel headband using sliding mounting guides, which allows you to precisely adjust the headphones to the required size. The headband is covered with artificial leather with padding. It is put on an arch and fastened with metal buttons, so it can be easily removed.

The frequency range of the headphones is very wide - from 5 Hz to 35 kHz. The frequency response of the headphones is even and precise, which indicates the monitor character of the sound. The impedance is 250 Ohms, and the sensitivity - 96 dB.

The headphones have a non-detachable single-sided spiral cable 3 meters long with a gold-plated 3.5 mm plug. A special screw-on adapter with a thin layer of gold is provided for 6.3 mm sockets. The set also includes a soft nylon bag with internal molding for storing the headphones.

The DT 880 PRO combines the transparency and sophistication of open stereo headphones with the expressive sound of closed monitor headphones, which are characterized by precision and well-defined bass. The headphones create an excellent sound stage, and the arrangement of images in space is distinguished by exceptional precision.

The bass is clear, spacious and deep, the mid-range frequencies are carefully arranged, and the highs are clear, detailed and open. The sound is not harsh, and the overall sound character is analytical.
