BAE 1073 19" 1RU Rack is an uncompromising, faithful recreation of the legendary 1970s British console module, housed in a convenient 1U rack chassis. This is the Holy Grail of audio engineering, delivering the same rich, fat, and saturated tone that has defined countless hit records. Unlike many clones, BAE uses authentic St Ives (Carnhill) transformers, Elma switches, and Canford wire, with the entire unit hand-wired point-to-point to ensure authenticity unattainable by mass-produced printed circuit boards.

The unit combines a world-class Class A microphone preamplifier with a classic 3-band inductor EQ, renowned for its exceptional musicality. The EQ section allows for precise sound shaping – from silky highs and punchy, articulate mids to a powerful, solid low-end foundation. The included dedicated external power supply (PSU) provides ultra-stable voltage and eliminates the risk of electromagnetic interference, resulting in a crystal-clear signal and massive headroom.
