The iconic 5C Super Sound Cube finally arrives in an active version, delivering the legendary Auratone midrange clarity without the need for external amplification. Developed in collaboration with Bettermaker, the integrated Class-D amplifier mirrors the sonic character of the A2-30 amplifier used with passive models, offering up to 30W RMS and 50W peak output per speaker. These monitors provide the same detailed, phase-coherent performance that has made the 5C a staple in studios for decades — now with modern connectivity and power integration.

The single 4.5" full-range driver, housed in a sealed 16 mm MDF cabinet, ensures point-source accuracy, making it easier to judge the stereo image and midrange balance of any mix. This design avoids phase issues common in multi-way speakers and has long been favored for secondary reference monitoring. With a closed-box design and magnetically shielded drivers, the 5C Active offers exceptional focus and transient clarity in untreated or tight workspaces.
