The MiniFreak Vocoder Edition completely shatters this limitation by allowing the vocal input to modulate any of its 22+ oscillator modes, ranging from FM synthesis and Wavetables to Karplus-Strong physical modeling. The included gooseneck microphone connects directly to the top panel, bypassing the need for external preamps or mixing consoles. The audio signal can be routed through the extensive modulation matrix, physically processed by the analog VCFs, and saturated via the triple digital FX engine.
