A bright 2.5-inch display with navigational contextual buttons provides real-time information, from parameter values to the current preset.

With dynamic RGB-backlit pads, KeyLab Essential 88 mk3 switches between MIDI, clip launching, drum playing, and other functions.

Instantly switch from synthesizer sound modeling to project control in your DAW with dedicated control elements, while customizable integration scenarios ensure that the most important elements work seamlessly, no matter which DAW you use.

Play powerful chords with one key and Chord play mode, choosing from built-in chord presets or entering your own chord shapes. Never lose key with Scale mode, which quickly locks the keyboard to one of several built-in scales. Turn chords or note fragments into vibrant melodies and rhythmic ideas with the built-in arpeggiator with a Hold function to play hands-free. Best of all, you can use all these functions simultaneously; play and lock a chord with one key, arpeggiate it, and confine it to a chosen key.

The KeyLab Essential 88 mk3 body is made from 40% recycled plastic, and 100% of the packaging is recyclable, using materials that reduce the carbon footprint by 18%.
