Avantone Pro MixCube Active Monitors (Pair) – Black – Compact active full-range monitors designed as the ultimate “safety-net” references, replicating bass-challenged playback systems with precision. Each enclosure houses a proprietary 5.25″ die-cast aluminum-frame paper-cone driver and a high-performance Class A/B amplifier.
MixCube Actives improve on the original 5C Sound Cubes with a redesigned cabinet, advanced low-resonance MDF, and a “no-compromise” 60 W RMS Class A/B amp built on a toroidal linear PSU. The custom driver uses New Zealand pulp with mica fibers, Japanese cloth surround, and MIL-SPEC magnets for extended bandwidth (90 Hz–17 kHz) and low distortion. A recessed 5/8″-27 mic stand mount and neoprene isolation pad enable easy, noise-free setup anywhere.
