Native Instruments Maschine+ – a standalone production workstation combining sampler, drum machine, synthesizer, and flexible stage instrument in a compact, freestanding housing with 16 dynamic velocity-sensitive pads, 8 touch-sensitive knobs, two color displays, and robust anodized aluminum construction. The system features a quad-core processor, 4 GB RAM, professional 44.1 kHz/24-bit audio interface, and 32 GB internal storage (expandable to 1 TB via SD card), enabling complete track creation without a computer thanks to the Maschine+ Selection package with 18 synthesizers, 37 effects, and 8 expansions.
Maschine+ is the first fully autonomous unit in the Maschine series, combining instruments, samples, and effects in one device without needing a computer connection. The legendary Maschine workflow has been brought to standalone format with greater mobility, flexibility, and creative freedom – from first ideas to finished tracks. The intuitive interface with dedicated buttons for key functions (recording, sequence editing, quantization, step sequencing, chord selection, variations, mute/solo) provides immediate access to all necessary tools. Two high-resolution color displays (480 × 272 pixels) show every project detail, while the Smart Strip opens new expression possibilities – strum notes, Perform FX, pitch-bend, and sound modulation.
Maschine+ Selection is a dedicated sound package including powerful tools like Massive, FM8, Monark, Prism, Maschine Factory Selection, Raum, and Phasis – all working in standalone mode. The system supports the latest Play Series instruments (24K Keys & Drums, Discoteca, Empire Breaks, Duets, Feel It) with bounce-in-place for CPU management. The built-in step sequencer with classic groovebox features (16 velocity levels, swing, pad link, note repeat, vintage sampling emulation in MPC 60/SP 1200 style) and advanced sequencer with real-time recording make beat and melody creation lightning-fast. The Audio plugin allows quick recording of any sound, slicing, and organizing results into custom sample packs.
Wi-Fi connectivity enables installation of new sounds, instruments, and effects at the touch of a button, without a computer. Ableton Link provides synchronization with other music apps, DAWs, and compatible gear during jams and live performances. Maschine+ features a rich set of ports: 2 line outputs (TRS ¼"), 2 line inputs, dedicated microphone input, headphone output, MIDI In/Out, and 2 USB ports for MIDI controllers. The device ships with a 64 GB SD card, and the solid twist-lock power socket prevents accidental cable disconnection during performance. The ability to work in controller mode with a computer (via MASCHINE 2/3 software) provides complete flexibility in any production scenario.
