Barefoot Sound Footprint 03 is a pair of active 3-way studio monitors featuring a front-firing 6.5" aluminum woofer, 3.5" aluminum midrange driver, 1" ribbon tweeter, and a powerful 260 W Class D tri-amplified system with SPOC and MEME technologies for precise and adaptive reference monitoring.

Designed as a more compact and affordable entry into the Footprint series, the Footprint 03 maintains the sonic integrity and build quality of its predecessors (Footprint01 and Footprint02). Unlike sealed cabinets, it features a phase-inverted bass reflex design that delivers fast, accurate low end while preserving Barefoot’s signature tonal balance and dynamic response. The rigid enclosure with polyester "Footprint Gray" finish minimizes resonance and ensures excellent damping.

The advanced driver configuration includes a high-performance 1" ribbon tweeter, a 3.5" midrange driver with aluminum cone, and a 6.5" front-firing aluminum woofer—all supported by proprietary magnetic systems, copper damping rings, and optimized thermal design for low distortion and high reliability under continuous studio use.

Featuring SPOC (Spectral Optimized Conversion), an innovative DSP-controlled signal path, and MEME (Multi-Emphasis Monitor Emulation) technology, the Footprint 03 allows users to switch between multiple monitoring voicings, simulating the behavior of classic reference systems. This makes it a versatile tool for critical mixing, mastering, and production in professional and project studios alike.
