Product Returns — 30 Days to Decide

We want you to be confident in your choice and satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial period, during which you can return the product for any reason.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return, the product must retain:

• its original factory condition
• its full functionality and consumer properties
• complete contents, including:
  • original packaging
  • labels and manuals
  • software CDs (if included)
  • all inserts and accessories that came with the product

How to Return a Product:

If you decide to return an item, please contact us at return@wiredtunes.pl. We will get in touch with you and provide detailed return instructions.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• cables and connectors
• software
• products purchased with a voucher and registered by serial number
• custom-fit accessories (e.g., earbuds, earpads)
• needles and cartridges
• care and hygiene products
